FAQ About The ABC's of HRT
What if I need CE in a jurisdiction you don’t have approval for?
No sweat. Included inside the course is a package for you to use to apply for CE credits wherever you live. It includes the syllabus, a sample reference list, Jordan’s CV and our past applications to make your life easier.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds on our digital products. If you don’t find value, we’d love to collect your feedback, but we don’t offer refunds on products once they have been purchased.
What if I want to join The Confident Clinician Club at a later date?
Our intensive courses can be purchased by members after they join or are occasionally offered at a special rate for members. Prices are subject to change and we cannot honour changes in prices if you join the club at a later date.
FAQ About The Confident Clinician Club
What if I don’t need the topic you’re covering that month? Can I skip a month?
Once you’re a member of the group you are locked in at very low price for ALL OF the content.
You can’t skip a month of your membership, but you’re welcome to skip a month of calls (although we don’t recommend it).
Embedded in each call and topic are SKILLS on how to become a better clinician on your own. You may not see patients with Lupus in your practice, but the techniques I’ll teach you are transferrable to your patient population.
What if I’m not busy in practice?
This is the best way to GET busy in practice!
Having an established practice isn’t about having the best Instagram. Building a successful practice is about getting results with your patients and showing up confidently in what you do.
What if I only want the intensive courses?
You’ve got an option here! You can always be a casual user of our intensives and get the content when they are released by themselves. If you are a casual user you’ll be missing out on the coaching calls and community.
What if I have questions between calls?
This is where our Facebook community comes in handy! We collect the questions of the week or month and publish quick and dirty videos on each topic. You’ll be supported from all angles as we move through the topic of the month.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
No problem. Even though I want you to prioritize your learning over seeing patients (trust me, you’ll be grateful you did) after each call, we record and upload the live sessions to the site so you can watch it later. We have each video transcribed so you can skip ahead to watch the parts that are the most relevant if you need to!
What is your cancellation policy?
You lock in for a low price on your membership for 6 months and get an intensive course for your commitment. You are absolutely welcome to not renew at the end of the 6 months.
