 What is Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction?
AKA Function GI Conditions. This is new terminology replaces functional GI conditions. It is an umbrella category of conditions that includes IBS, chronic bloating & distension, constipation, dyspepsia and dozens of other conditions. Some practitioners may not know about the terminology change, why it changed and what's involved in these conditions. That's what this course serves to teach and is perfectly suited to naturopaths and other integrative practitioners.

 Why is this topic so important? 
We know almost 50% of women (and 40% of the population, in general) suffer with at least one Disorder of Gut-Brain Interaction including conditions like IBS, chronic bloating and distention, dyspepsia, heartburn and constipation. You absolutely have patients who are suffering and need help. The new guidelines have entirely changed how we approach our GI patients, in a way that is more holistic. You can be the person who finally guides your patient to get the help they need.
 Is This Course Approved for CE?
