A 12-month Leadership Journey
The Rise Mastermind is the curriculum, community and mentorship you need to turn your expertise into something bigger. From January to December 2027, you'll meet every week, gather twice in person, and build your next big thing alongside clinicians who are doing the same.
Along the way, you'll refine your practice or core offer so it's more profitable, more streamlined, and takes less of your time and energy. The goal: move from Stage 1 to Stage 3.
We're looking for clinicians who want mastery, impact and authority, and who are ready to get there through collaboration, structure and accountability.

FAQ:
What happens in calls?
Calls are a combination of business and leadership curriculum and hot-seat office hours that allow participants to get their personal questions answered and support on their projects.
This is a big investment. What's my return?
A better question: what does doing nothing cost you? For many exceptional clinicians, it means a long patient roster, little room for creativity, and building alone. RISE puts you beside clinicians built for impact and gives you the strategy to act. What could you build with a team behind you?
Do I have to attend live? Are calls recorded?
Calls are recorded and posted in a private area of the Confident Clinician platform. But RISE is an experience, not a lecture: the real value is in the breakout rooms and conversations, so we expect you to show up live.
When are the calls?
Wednesdays, 10:30–11:45 a.m. ET, starting in January 2027. If you're a Confident Clinician member, the time is set so you can attend both.
How long are the calls?
Each call runs a high-impact 75 minutes, so you get oriented, connected and making progress every week.
What if I can't make a retreat?
We'll miss you. In-person time is where a lot of the growth happens. If you can't attend, you'll get any digital materials (and the swag). The fee stays the same.
When and where are the retreats?
There's a 2-day spring retreat and a 3-day fall retreat in 2027. We'll announce dates and locations soon. Travel and some expenses aren't included.
What's the refund policy?
Like all our programs, RISE is non-refundable. It's a commitment on both sides, and we invest heavily in every clinician who joins.
