Let's start with a familiar story...
When you graduated, you had oodles of time. Without patients in the calendar, you could talk to everyone you met about your practice, you posted on social media hourly and you could give free talk after free talk without worrying much about the ROI.
But very quickly, your time as a practitioner gets sucked up by patient work, accounting, marketing and outreach efforts and research. While you’re trying to build a life outside of work, your work hours seem to vanish every day. While you’re working harder and harder, your bank account isn’t exactly overflowing with abundance. It can still feel like you’re hour by hour and month by month.
